Customer Service

I am a HUGE fan of great customer service and of companies standing behind what they say. Being a SmugMug member I read with curiosity a request from a prospective member about what Unlimited Storage on SM really meant.

In the forums at DGrin.com a member asked if he would be able to host all of his images... some 500,000 JPG images... at a size of 2 TeraBites.

You'll need to read the thread to see what SmugMug is doing to accomodate the user.
